These General Terms and Conditions apply to the relations between the contracting parties of the sales agreement, the company CV Experts s.r.o., ID # 47 975 989, based in Tolstého 849/5, 811 06 Bratislava, registered in the Business Register of the District Court Bratislava I, file no. 101623/B as a seller (hereinafter referred to as “the seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”), who is placing an order with the seller.
By submitting a request to create a curriculum vitae to the seller, the buyer declares that he agrees with the processing and storing of his personal data in accordance with §7 art. 1 of Act No. 428/2002 Coll. (Data Protection Act), particularly the data required for the operations of the company. The buyer gives the seller his consent for an indefinite period, however, this consent can be revoked at any time in writing to email@example.com.
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, “in writing” means “via e-mail”.
The seller reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions. Any and all changes take immediate effect after their publication on the website of the seller. The buyer is obliged to read these terms and conditions carefully before placing the order. With the placing of an order the buyer acknowledges to have become acquainted with these General Terms and Conditions and that he gives his consent to them in the wording which applied at the time of placing the order.
The buyer undertakes to provide the seller with only true information about himself, and guarantees the files provided to the buyer to be virus-free.
1.1. All of the prices are listed in the contract. The website of the seller always contains the current and valid prices. The prices are final, i.e. VAT and all other fees and taxes are included.
- Placing an order
2.1. All of the orders placed via the website CVExperts.sk are in compliance with the General Terms and Conditions. After pressing the “Download” button, the buyer is redirected to the Order Form where he will receive instructions on how to make payment for the services provided, as well as further information on the following steps.
2.2. After a successful bank transfer has been noted, a representative of the seller will contact the buyer within 5 working days in order to more precisely state the date and time of a telephone interview. After the telephone interview has been successfully completed, the buyer will receive the first draft of his curriculum vitae within 10 business days. From the date of receipt of the documents, the buyer has the right to request specific changes being made before the final version is drawn up. Providing that the buyer does not deliver any suggestions for modification to the seller within 5 working days from the date of dispatch of the first draft, the final version will be drawn up and delivered in PDF format. In the case of a profile on a social network or a personal website, all of the data will remain in its original form and the product will be considered finalized.
After 5 working days have passed from the date of dispatch of the first draft, the buyer no longer has the right to request that the seller makes any changes to the finalized product.
2.3. In case the buyer is not willing to participate in the telephone interview during the first phase, the seller has the right to cancel the order placed by the buyer.
- Order cancellation and withdrawal
3.1. In case the buyer decides to cancel his order the order was delivered and before the seller makes contact with the buyer, either in writing or by phone, in order to more precisely state the date and time of the telephone interview, the buyer has to submit a written request for the cancellation of his order. If the buyer has acted accordingly, he will be reimbursed for 100% of the amount which was transferred to the account of the seller.
3.2. In case the buyer wishes to cancel his order 2 calendar days before the interview, the buyer has to submit a written request for the cancellation of his order. If the buyer has acted accordingly, he will be reimbursed for 75% of the amount which was transferred to the account of the seller.
3.3. In case the buyer wishes to cancel his order on the day of the interview, the buyer has to submit a written request for the cancellation of his order. If the buyer has acted accordingly, he will be reimbursed for 50% of the amount which was transferred to the account of the seller. The written request for withdrawal will only be accepted in electronic form and if sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.4. In case the buyer wishes to cancel his order anytime after the interview has already taken place, the buyer is not entitled to any reimbursement of the amount paid.
- Payment terms
The seller only accepts the full sum, as stated on the website of the seller, to be paid in advance by bank transfer.
- Delivery terms
The first draft of the curriculum vitae as well as the final version of the curriculum vitae will be delivered in electronic form to the buyers e-mail address, which the buyer listed as his contact e-mail address.
The final versions of the curricula vitae, in printed form, will be sent to the buyer on the same day as the electronic version in PDF format. The date of receipt of the printed version depends on the delivery period of the Slovak post office (Slovenská pošta).
The seller does not assume responsibility for the loss of the package caused by the Slovak post office.
